My Approach
I work in a neuroaffirming way with clients. My approach combines therapy and coaching, because together they create a process that feels more balanced and effective.
Therapy helps us understand the why  - gain insights into ourselves, patterns, challenges, and what’s happening beneath the surface.
 
Coaching focuses on the how - practical tools and steps to move forward.
 
From my experience, one without the other can sometimes feel incomplete. Blending both means we can build strategies that support lasting change.
A Personalised and Flexible Process
Here’s the general flow
Exploration – We talk about what you’d like to change, what feels difficult, and what has or hasn’t worked before.
 
Insights and Actions– Reflecting on the exploration stage we gain more understanding of your experience and situation, then we try out tools, strategies, and approaches to see what supports you best.
 
Reflection – what's going well and what isn't, progress isn’t always linear. We may pause, review, or return to earlier steps to strengthen your progress and remove obstacles.
 
The sessions are collaborative. I’ll share ideas and tools, and if something doesn’t fit, we’ll adapt together.
What this can look like
Everyone’s needs are different, so I keep the process flexible
Frequency – Many clients start with weekly session, but this can be adjusted depending on needs.
 
Scheduling – Often clients book the same day/time each week, if that doesn't work for you I can offer flexibility.
 
Online sessions - Face-to-face possible depending on location
Why This Works
 
this is a more holistic approach than coaching or therapy on their own, It supports both understanding yourself (the why) and taking action (the how). It can be adapted to your personal and professional goals, lifestyle, and the way your brain works.
 
It is especially helpful for neurodivergent clients, where strategies need to be both practical and flexible.
